Product Details
Every product on our online store comes with a detailed description, inclusive of our subscription offerings.

We predominantly offer coffee as whole beans, though there's an option for ground coffee too. To ensure maximum freshness, we pack our coffees in specialized valve bags. These bags are designed to keep contaminants out, while still allowing CO2 to escape.

Payment Procedures

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. All transactions are processed through ePay without any card-associated fees. All listed prices are VAT-inclusive and denominated in Danish kroner (DKK).

Your payment gets deducted once we confirm your order. Subscription-based customers will receive monthly payment reminders, dated according to their original subscription purchase.

Returns

Customers benefit from a 14-day return window. Yet, it's essential to note that returns don't apply to edible items. Should there be an issue with your coffee order, we're more than willing to offer a replacement.

For valid returns, the product should closely resemble its initial condition and quantity upon delivery. Only unopened packages will be accepted for returns and the buyer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.
